André Dumoulin is a research fellow at the Centre for Security and Defence Studies.
He has been a lecturer at the Université de Liège since 2000 in the domain of European security-defence (seminars, postgraduate, bachelor and master courses) in four fields: Common Security and Defence Policy (CSDP); Theory of security; European foreign policy; European political integration history.
André Dumoulin holds a PhD in political science from the Université de Lille 2, a MA in political science from the Université de Liège and a certificate for teaching history at lower secondary education level (Liège).
Mr Dumoulin is a member of the Réseau multidisciplinaire d’études stratégiques (RMES Multidisciplinary Network of Strategic Studies), a member of the review committee of Revue Défense Nationale (Paris) and an editor of the series “RMES” published by Bruylant/De Boeck.
He was a lecturer at the Université libre de Bruxelles from 2000 until 2008 in the field of European security and defence (postgraduate seminars).
Between March 2002 and January 2013, Mr Dumoulin was a research fellow at the Chair of Economics and at the Department of Behavioural Sciences of the Royal Military Academy (RMA) and worked there on the ESDP/CSDP aspect in these branches.
